Main restaurants


The main restaurant will seat 200 diners and is located on the ground floor adjacent to the reception and will offer self-service breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. There will also be a salad bar, pastry and cereal table and a full-service drink bar. The restaurant will include opened kitchen area where fresh warm meals will be prepared.

The individual buffets will offer hot and cold drinks and the head chef’s specialties. The range of cold and hot cuisine will be carefully adapted to the season and to meet the requests and dietary preferences of the clientele.

Multi-purpose restaurants

The restaurant is situated on the 1st underground floor and opened to the river side and adjectant to the conference hall on the west. Glazed façade of the restaurant will offer a view over the River Vltava and Rašínovo nábřeží.on the eastern wall..

The restaurant will not only provide guests and visitors to the hotel with the opportunity to sample culinary specialties, but will also be an ideal place for socializing and simply relaxing.  As well as its traditional range of buffets, guests will have an á la carte option. The layout of the kitchen is designed so that a portion of it will be visible from the dining area, allowing the chef to prepare dishes in full view of the guests. Given its location and quality the restaurant fully deserves to belong to the category of an up-scale restaurant.

The restaurant will also provide catering services to the conference center and other facilities. Coffee breaks, lunchtime buffets and evening entertainment will take place here. The restaurant design takes full advantage of its location creating an enchanting atmosphere overlooking the Vltava River.

Lobby bar

The lobby bar is off the reception area on the ground floor and is anticipated to seat approximately eighty people. It will be a full-service bar offering a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including draught beer, as well as hot drinks.

The bar menu will offer sweets and other simple hot or cold dishes. Hot dishes will be prepared in the main hotel kitchen. A range of hot and cold dishes will be available throughout the anticipated opening hours.
