Congress hall

KonferenceThe hotel has been designed to meet the operator’s requirements for inclusion in the four-star category and upwards. Emphasis was laid on utilisation of the hotel during the organisation of conferences and other social events. The capacity of the main conference hall is around 550 people, and this can be expanded into the premises of the adjacent restaurant to form a single space. The restaurant can seat around 200 and has a surface area of 400 m2. The conference area also contains 6 small variably connectible halls, each with a capacity of up to 50 persons, as well as an extensive foyer and smaller restaurant premises. This modular layout offers an inexhaustible number of ways of utilisation, e.g. for the organisation of various events concurrently. The hall and lounges will be fitted with foldout furniture. The congress premises will be fitted with multi-function technical equipment – flipcharts, data projectors, videoconferencing equipment, etc., including Wifi internet connection with a signal covering the entire hotel.

With a capacity of up to 1,060 guests the congress centre is one of the largest in Prague.

The congress centre’s catering services will be provided by the restaurant situated on the 1st floor. The embankment is accessible from the restaurant with a view over the east bank of the River Vltava and the Vyšehrad cultural monument.

A calculation of the costs of the fittings and furnishing of the rooms, restaurants, bars and congress centre is given in the Feasibility Study. The Itemised Budget in accordance with Planning Permission forms an independent appendix to the Feasibility Study.
